Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences

The project s scope of work consists of a hotel and residential two-tower complex located at Palm Island Dubai. The hotel and residences towers are connected by a 45 meters long sky bridge. Each tower consists of 3 reinforced concrete sub towers. The project includes full terraces, private pools, and shaded gardens. Each remaining room has a deep private balcony, in addition, to access to ample public terrace space at the hotel club, aquatic arena, lounge, associated facilities and a roof-top restaurant.
