Act One Act Two Project

The project s scope of work consists of 2 commercial and residential towers located at Opera District Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The towers Act One and Act Two each comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The project will enjoy the views of the Dubai fountain and boulevard. ACT One will have 56 floors and Act Two 46 floors along with penthouses located on the highest two levels. A dedicated waterfront promenade opens to the majestic view of the Dubai Opera with high-end retail units, and amenities consist of restaurants and cafes, infinity pools and pedestrianized streets.
