Downtown View II Project

The project s scope of work consists of three new residential towers with 62 55 and 47-storey located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The project work includes a common plaza, alongside financial center road and with a direct connection to the upcoming extension of Dubai Mall. Tower 1 will be 258 meters high and have 67 floors above ground, Tower 2 will have 62 floors and Tower 3 will have 55 floors with 1509 units serviced apartments feature up to four bedrooms, a partial basement level, 4 levels of podium parking, food and beverage units, four-level parking facilities, MEP plant rooms and ground floor retail area.
