The project s scope of work consist of a 67-storey luxury hotel and residences tower located at Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai. The hotel residences will be located on the 36-64 floors of the tower. Other amenities will include entertainment and dining options on the podium levels with two contemporary and timeless restaurants, a Paramount pictures screening room, luxury shops, art galleries, an all-day kid s studio club, a sky lobby, grand lobby, ample parking, wellness, meetings, events facilities and screening room modelled after the professional studios at Paramount.
