Among them, the Saudi Jizan Dredging and Reclamation Project belongs to the Jizan Economic City Port Infrastructure Project. The owner is Aramco, the largest oil company in the world, and the project management team is AECOM. This project is a construction general contracting project with a total contract value of US $ 389.1 million.

The Saudi Jizan JIGCC water intake and drainage contract amounted to US $ 511.7 million, with a contract duration of 780 days. The project is an EPC general contracting construction by Chinese harbors. The main content is the construction of water intakes and drainage outlets for Aramco’s Jizan Economic City large-scale power plant. The project belongs to a comprehensive large-scale project integrating water conservancy engineering and electromechanical engineering, involving 32 types of specialties, among which the types of electromechanical equipment and technical specifications are complex. Both projects use Aramco’s standards and are truly international, high-standard, and demanding projects. Both projects are undertaken by China Harbor as the general contractor, and the affiliated units of China Communications Construction Group: China Communications Fourth Aviation Administration and China Communications Tianhang Administration are responsible for the specific implementation. The entire project has many points, wide areas, and long lines, and is often faced with harsh conditions such as gusts, sandstorms, high temperatures, and scorching sun. The construction is relatively difficult.
