Al Taweelah Seawater Desalination Plant The project’s scope of work involves the construction of a greenfield reverse osmosis (RO) seawater desalination plant at Taweelah Power & Water complex Abu Dhabi. The plant will have a capacity of 200 million gallons per day. The project includes a 909,000 cubic meters per day (m3/day) desalination plant.,,The project will closely follow the model of Abu Dhabi’s successful independent water and power project (IWPP) programme and will be structured as a stand-alone independent water project.
