1. Parameter and Characteristic

1.1 Filter material

F301 bag filter for PP plant, is made of heat resistant sintered felt, with quick-open sealing structure, which extend the service life of bag filter, and avoid medium in the plant and air self-ignition.

Bag filter for ambient temperature: dacron needle felt filter bag, antistatic Dacron needle felt filter bag, dacron needle felt filter bag(easy to clean) , needle felt filter bag with Dacron film, water and oil proof dacron needle felt filter bag, No. 208 dacron woven fabric filter bag, No. 729 dacron woven fabric bag filter, polypropylene needle felt filter bag, DV air bag filter, breather layer, etc.

Bag filter for high temperature: NOMEX & CONEX needle felt filter bag, Fumeisi bag filter, glass fiber needle felt bag filter, PPS acid and alkali resistant needle felt filter bag, P84 needle felt filter bag, Fiber Reinforced Plastics fiber woven filter bag, glass fiber expansion filter bag, etc.

Accessories are available, such as, cage, clamp, expansion ring.

1.2 Characteristic

F301 sintered felt bag filter can be used in high temperature even more than 600℃，to avoid of common bag filter self-ignition.

Heat resistance for common bag filter can be up to 300℃，moderate acidity and alkalinity, and good abrasion resistance, which is the widest application type of felt material. Surface treatment can be singed or pressed or coating according to different service.

2.Application

For back blow system in F301 PP degassing recycle plant;

For smoke gas treatment dust-removal system in steel mill, foundry, power plant etc.;

For fine material recycle, liquid and solid separation and smelting smoke filtration of aluminum electrolysis, lead, tin, zinc, copper and other rare metals;

Waste gas incinerators, coal-fired boilers, fluidized bed boilers, etc;

Asphalt concrete mixing, building materials, cement ceramics, lime, gypsum and other production sites;

Liquid-solid separation and fine material recovery in chemical, coke, carbon black, dyes, pharmaceuticals, plastics and other fields

Dust control and purification collection in mining, food processing, flour, electronics, wood processing and other industries
