This product adopts high and low pressure dual electric hydraulic pump configuration, and enclosed integrated box structure, designed with remote automatic pressure testing function. It has the advantages of low power, high pressure, low noise, fast boosting speed, simple operation, high safety, high degree of automation, and easy vehicle transportation, and allows customized configuration of output flow and rated working pressure according to user needs to provide a stable and powerful hydraulic pressure source for the system. Its working principle is, based on the reciprocating motion of the plunger driven by the motor, to suck in the medium (usually water or oil) and pressurize the medium for output. With the precise control system, the output pressure can be adjusted to meet different pressure testing requirements. The operator can set the pressure test parameters by the system software, based on which the system automatically performs a series of operations such as pressure boosting, holding, and relieving on the tested workpiece, and meanwhile monitors the pressure test process, and record, analyze and calculate the data in real time, and finally generates a pressure test report. The operator can save and print the pressure test reports.
