Terms and Conditions:

2. The warranty starts from the selling date from our factory outlet showroom.
3. During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free.
4. The warranty is unavailable for following conditions:
(1) Damaged or broken by the violence.
(2) Damaged or broken by the carelessness.
(3) Supplied with non-standard power adapters.
(4) Water leak inside products.
(5) Repaired or altered without our official authorization.
(6) Products without labels(stickers).
5. To repair products which is out of warranty, additional charges will be quoted according to the actual situations.
6. Usually it will take 7~10 working days to repair the products. After we finish repairing the products, you will receive a call from us.
7. Please take the repaired products back within 7 days after receiving the call from us.
