Plug valves are an essential component in high pressure manifolds for oilfield cementing and fracturing operations, as well as for controlling similar high pressure fluids. Plug valves are compact, easy to maintain, low torque, quick opening, and easy to operate, making them ideal for cementing and fracturing manifolds.

The plug valve is composed of a valve body, a plug cover, a plug, etc. Plug valves can be used with 1502 inlet and outlet fittings (also available on request). The inner wall and side sections of the cylinder block work together with the rubber seal section to provide seal.

The metal-to-metal seal between the side segment and the cylinder plug provides high accuracy and reliability, allowing the valve to be easily opened or closed even at 10,000 psi pressures.
