1, the use of
The throttle manifold is the device required to control the throttle and perform well pressure control techniques. When the BOP is closed, a throttle valve is used to open and close the casing to control some casing pressure because the bottomhole pressure is always slightly higher than the formation pressure, preventing further formation fluid from entering the well. In addition, the throttle manifold pressure can be used to achieve soft closing when performing a closing. When the wellbore pressure rises to a certain limit, the wellhead blocks it.
2, the structure is
The throttle manifold consists of a throttle valve, gate valve, pipe, pipe fitting and pressure gauge, etc. See above sections and throttle and gate valves.
3. Throttle manifold
When pressure enters the well, the choke valve on the throttle valve (manual adjustable, hydraulic and fixed) opens and closes the wellbore fluid to control the pressure on the casing. The casing pressure can be increased directly through the gate valve.
4, Throttle manifold specifications
Our throttle manifold pressure class is divided into five, respectively 14 MPa, 21 MPa, 35 MPa and 70 MPa and 105 MPa. It can also be designed according to customer requirements.
5. Use requirements
(1) The working pressure of all parts of the throttle manifold should match the working pressure of the blowout preventer used in combination with it;
(2) The throttle manifold should be installed in a place accessible to the operator, and the installation must be tested. The sealing test pressure should be equal to the rated working pressure;
(3) The pipe should be as smooth as possible, and the pipe bending should be cast with the pipe bending of 120 degrees. Wire diameter should be large enough;
(4) the working pressure gauge must be placed;
(5) in winter construction, energy saving work should be carried out under low temperature conditions.
