The shear tube is hollow and can gradually expand according to certain curved surfaces. It is mainly used to increase the shear force in the pipe to further disperse the material and increase the pressure head of the mixture so that it can easily enter the circulating tank.

The shear tube adopts Bernoulli effect, and the flow rate is fast when the pressure is low, and slow when the pressure is high. When the fluid is ejected from the nozzle at high speed, the pressure in the cavity is low. When the fluid enters the shear tube, the cross section increases, the flow rate decreases, and therefore the pressure increases.
