Ultraviolet Paint is protective film formed by exposing to intense ultraviolet light after roller coating, flow coating or spraying coating, among which the gloss paint can achieve high gloss & mirror effect and the matt paint shows soft and elegant. With almost no VOC release, UV paint indicates important development direction of wood coatings for its environmental-friendly and healthy performances.
Oil-based UV paint is solution to the problem of adhesion to oily wood as it has strong oil sealing as well as good adhesion performance. Without sanding, Oil-based UV paint adheres well to melamine board with anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-salt, anti-boiling performances, no bubbling and no peeling produce.
UV matt finish such as spraying matt finish and laser spraying matt finish has advantages of good leveling, exquisite surface, desirable scratch resistance etc. We can also customize the products for you.
Roller coating products are mainly suitable for flat-packing furniture decoration. Its primer is mainly for wood fiber filling; the finish is mainly used to show excellent effect and performance. This kind of product requires roll coating equipment production line.
