The main component of ZX-2 is β-naphthalenesulfonic acid high condensation polymer water reducer. It has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, good fluidity, large reinforcing effect and low air entrainment.It is suitable for pipe piles and precast concrete. It can also be used as the main component of compound concrete admixture.

ZX-2 superplasticizer has good adaptability to Portland cement, it does not contain chlorine salt, and there is no corrosion effect on steel bars. It can improve the strength of steam-cured pipe piles. At the same time, it can shorten the setting time of concrete prefabricated parts, quickly release the mold, and shorten the production cycle. After steaming the pile for 8 hours, it can be released from the mold.

1. The dosage range of ZX-2 is 0.5-0.8%, and the usual dosage is 0.65%.

2. Adding method: This product is dissolved in water first, and then added to the concrete; or added together with water. But the stirring time needs to be extended for 30 seconds. It can also be added after a delay of 15-20 seconds during the stirring process, which can make the effect of the admixture more obvious .

3. Note: Over-mixing this product can increase the strength of concrete, but it will affect the setting time of concrete. Under the condition of correct maintenance, the final strength will still be higher than that of concrete without admixture. When users use this product for the first time or change cement types, they can carry out necessary concrete trial mixing according to engineering requirements and specific conditions to obtain the best use effect.
