Brief introduction
The orifice plate throttle valve driver, a device used in conjunction with the throttle manifold control box, controls the opening and closing of the orifice plate throttle valve through hydraulic drive, ensuring the safety and efficiency of drilling operations.

Performance and features
The orifice plate throttle valve driver is mounted on the throttle valve, with the two output ends (orifice plate throttle valve output end and driver output end) connected by a transition joint. The control box supplies hydraulic power to the throttle valve driver through the oil pipeline, which pushes the rack inside the oil cylinder to drive the gear shaft to rotate. In this way, through the transition joint, the gear shaft drives the throttle valve deck plate to rotate at an angle of 0° -180°, and synchronously drives the cam to rotate. Subsequently, the pressure change in the chamber of the regulator is adjusted through the guide rod, and the signal is transmitted to the valve opening gauge on the hydraulic control box to display the opening of the orifice plate throttle valve.
