Electric Valve Control System

Brief introduction

The electric valve control device is used to achieve manual control, automatic control, and remote control for the valves, and to achieve smooth valve opening and closing operations. DPJA-1-5 is a control device developed specifically for high-pressure cyclone sand separators, which can remotely control the opening and closing of gate valves and throttle valves on the sand separators to enable the operators to operate the control valves locally or remotely for sand separation.

Performance and features

The electric valve control device mainly consists of explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof distribution box, remote control computer, and control software, used to realize local control (on the panel of the explosion-proof control box, and on the explosion-proof electric valve of the high-pressure cyclone sand separator), and remote control (on computer or touch screen in the central control room). It can be used to remotely control the opening or closing of electric flat valves and electric throttle valves.

In different modes, the relevant information of the explosion-proof electric actuator on high-pressure cyclone sand separator can be displayed on the panel of the explosion-proof control box and on the computer in the central control room.
