ENERZIP Biogas Generator Sets

Enerzip biogas generator sets are designed to convert biogas from organic waste into electricity. The product range covers 20 kVA to 1875 kVA and is suitable for livestock farms, sewage treatment plants, landfill gas projects, food processing wastewater projects, CHP systems and industrial waste-to-energy power plants.

Enerzip offers two biogas generator series. The E Series is suitable for farm-scale and distributed biogas projects, focusing on simple operation, lower investment and easy maintenance. The C Series is designed for industrial-scale biogas power generation projects requiring long operating hours, CHP heat recovery, grid connection or multi-unit parallel operation.

Biogas is different from pipeline natural gas. Methane content, gas pressure, moisture, H₂S, condensate and impurity levels should be checked before selecting the generator set. Enerzip recommends the suitable generator configuration according to gas analysis, required power, operating hours, load conditions and site requirements.

Seaworthy export packing. Open type units are fixed on heavy-duty steel base frames and protected with wrapping film. Silent and containerized biogas generator sets are packed according to export shipping requirements. Accessories, operation manuals, wiring documents and spare parts can be packed separately when required.

Enerzip provides gas data review, model selection support, configuration confirmation, installation guidance, commissioning support, troubleshooting assistance, spare parts supply and repeat order documentation. Warranty is 12 months or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, according to agreed order terms.
