Master Gas System Expansion (Phase 2) – Compressor Booster Station

The project’s scope of work involves the construction of compressor booster station for Master Gas System Expansion (phase 2) located at Dammam Eastern Province Saudi Arabia.

The project will increase the capacity of MGSE to 12.5 billion cubic feet/day (354 million cubic meters per day) of gas from the current 9.6 billion cubic feet/d of gas (280 million cubic meters per day). The booster gas compressor station will expand the capacity of the East-West Pipeline system to deliver sales gas around the Kingdom. The project will also have a closed drain system compressed air system, diesel system, electrical generation system, fuel gas system, inlet facilities, process facilities, raw water system, sanitary waste, and a wastewater system. It is also a part of the second phase of Saudi Aramco’s Master Gas System Expansion (MGSE) project.
