DKZ series electric actuator are the terminal control device of industrial process survey and the control system, changing the system’s control signal into angular displacement, linear displacement of output axle, the position of valve and other regulating units. The main purpose is to enable the controlled medium to work well under the regulated system conditions.

The electric actuator is divided into the proportion type and integral type according to the controlling type. The proportion actuator is made up of electric servo amplifier and integral type actuator that can compare systematic control signal with the feedback signal (closed-loop control) of output axis so as to change the travel route and has proportion relations with the output axis signal. The integral actuator consists of servo motor, reducer and position transmitter. Coordinating with motor operator, it can control valve or other regulating units from long distant.

On-off type electric actuator

On-off type electric actuators generally control the opening or closing of the valve. The valve is either in the fully open position or in the fully closed position. Such valves do not require precise control of the medium flow. Regulating electric actuators are divided into electric open type electric actuators and electric off type electric actuators in terms of working form. The working control signals of the electric open type electric actuator and the electric on off type electric actuator are different. The working form of the electric actuator should be determined during the selection, otherwise it is not suitable in the control system and is difficult to modify. The regulating electric actuator is equipped with loss of signal protection.
