Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh is made from stainless steel wire for filtration, sieving, screening, ventilation and protection. We supply woven mesh as the main product type. Welded stainless steel mesh can be quoted by order. Plain weave is used for common square opening mesh. Twill weave is used for finer mesh counts. Dutch weave is used for filter media where micron retention is required. Common grades are 304, 316, 316L and 430 (430 is magnetic, used for dry screening and indoor panels). 310S, 2205 and 2507 can be quoted by order. Please confirm mesh count, wire diameter, roll width and material grade before quotation, because these details directly affect aperture, open area and cost.

Twill Weave Sizes: 100 mesh × 0.14 mm, 150 mesh × 0.09 mm, 200 mesh × 0.06 mm, 300 mesh × 0.04 mm, 400 mesh × 0.03 mm, 500 mesh × 0.025 mm

Plain Dutch Weave Sizes: 80 × 300, 80 × 400, 50 × 250, 40 × 200, 24 × 110, 20 × 150, 12 × 64 (warp mesh × weft mesh)

Roll Width: 1.0 m, 1.2 m and 2.0 m are common. Wider rolls can be discussed according to mesh count and weaving type.

Roll Length: Common 30 m per roll

Cutting Service: Sheets, strips, discs, filter cones and pleated filter parts can be made by drawing or sample.

Surface: Plain stainless steel surface, no galvanized coating

Packing: Waterproof paper, plastic film, wooden case or pallet packing according to order size
