Dubai Supreme Court Building

The project s scope of work consist of a 8-storey supreme court building located at Al Garhoud Umm Hurair 2, Dubai. The Dubai Supreme Courts development, an expansive project that will be a hallmark achievement in NGP’s portfolio, demonstrates the United Arab Emirates forward-thinking movement toward the smart and sustainable building. The robotic parking technology will be supplied by with NGP. The project involves the development of the existing surface car park area into an integrated mixed-use development with a total built-up area of 55,742 square meters (sq.m), with 4,420 square meters allocated for the Judges chambers, 18,600 square meters for offices and 3,154 square meters for retail. The project will be delivered on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis.
